2026 Junior Orioles Baseball

Junior Orioles Baseball, powered by Avon Baseball Club, is Avon Youth Sports' try-out based travel program that is offered to 8–13 year-olds (based on 2026 Little League Age Chart). There is no charge to try-out, but please pre-register. Offers will be sent via email following try-outs, and fees would apply at the time of offer acceptance. Participants will practice at minimum once per week beginning in January 2026, and will play in multiple local tournaments around the Indianapolis area. The season will run through July 2026.

The JO Baseball fee will include off-season workouts, tournaments, 2 Jerseys, a hat, a batting helmet, & a bat bag. Participants will need to register separately for Spring 2026 Little League Baseball.

Participants will be eligible to try-out if they reside, or the physical location of the school where they attend classes, is within the boundaries shown on the map under Participant Eligibility Requirements HERE.

2025 Summer Jr. Golf Camp

AYS is offering a Jr. Golf Camp for incoming 3rd-8th graders (grade level is based on the 2025-2026 school year). Camp is designed for both beginners and advanced golfers. Participants will receive instruction from AHS Boys Varsity Golf Head Coach. Golf clubs will be available to borrow if needed.

Camp will be held July 14 - 17 from 10:00am - 12:00pm daily.
Location: The Prestwick Country Club, 5197 Fairway Drive, Avon

$175.00/participant
Please bring a water bottle to camp labeled with your name on it.

*Please note that we will not be doing golf hat and polos for camp this year*

July 2025 Little Oriole Speed & Strength Camp

Avon High School Strength & Speed is hosting 4 days of one-hour strength and speed workouts for any student in KG-5th grade (based on the 2025-2026 school year). During the 4 sessions, they will learn basic progressions and cues that will acclimate athletes to the movement and terminology used in the Sports Performance Center. Each session is programmed to be fun, fast, and full of energy. Please bring adequate workout clothes and shoes to run/jump in. No Dudes or Crocs, please. There will be water fountains, but we encourage each individual to bring their own water bottle labeled with their name on it.

Tuesday, July 22nd | Activation, Dynamic, Plyometric Circuit, Lower Superset

Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm, daily

Location: Avon High School Weight Room | Enter through Door #29.

Cost: $50.00 for all 4 sessions.
